Complete solution of training and human resource development of The Faculty of Tourism and Vietnamese Studies, related to Industrial Revolution 4.0

Abstract

     The study aims to display the forming and analysis of the real situation of training and developing the human resources of The Faculty of Tourism and Vietnamese Studies of Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Since, the author suggests the three solutions: Enhance the training methods, adapting with the Industrial Revolution 4.0; Implementing good policy and attractting the recruitment and employing human resources; Raise the ability of management of human resources to affect the activities of Faculty management, in order to complete the training and developing high quality human resources of the Faculty in Industrial Revolution 4.0.
