Abstract

The article focuses on research on standards, criteria, and check points in assessing the quality of libraries and learning resources. In addition, the article also analyzes the contents, requirements, and methods of reviewing learning materials in order to serve accreditation activities of higher education institutions as well as their training programs and discussing comments/evaluation on advantages and disadvantages from both legal and practical perspectives in the implementation of the library and learning resources accreditation.
