Build and develop learning resources for training and research at Hanoi University Library

Abstract

     Learning resources for training in university libraries play an important role in universities. Vary and diverse learning resources that fully meet lecturers' and students' teaching and learning needs will help universities improve training quality. This article provides an overview of educational resources for training at Hanoi University's Library and evaluates as well as proposes some solutions to improve the quality of educational resources for training in the context of digital transformation and education innovation.
