Abstract

    Digital transformation is taking place strongly in different areas of social life, including the library and information sciences. The trend of application software has shifted from the independent working method (clone) to the online collaborative working method (online collaboration). Therefore, software for skills training sets an urgent requirement. Human resource training is a periodic activity to promptly update advances in various fields, especially in the context of digital transformation and in Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, information-library human resource is one of the factors directly affected and pose urgent requirements in human resource training with focusing on training skills to innovative thinking in digital transformation environment. These requires a foundation of technical infrastructure to meet the needs of library’s staff to upgrade their skills. Improving these skills during and after participating in the training course which directly related to practical activities has become an increasingly urgent.
