Human resource management in digital transformation at UEH univerrsity smart library

Abstract

    The UEH library has completed four of the five phases corresponding to the road map in Saldahna's Transformation Model 5.0 (2019), including 1. foundation; 2. siloed; 3. partially synchronised; 4. fully synchronised and is stepping up the last one “living DNA” to become a sustainable innovational organization. The article describes streamlining the organizational structure and improving librarians' capacity when applying 4.0 technology in the transition from a traditional library to a smart library.
