Abstract

     In the context of building e-Government, digital government and open data, towards applying the virtual assistant model throughout the entire national administrative system, the renovation of training programs to improve skills and qualifications of information technology for students who are future cadres is an urgent mission of Hanoi University of Culture. This article will focus on presenting the current situation and proposing some solutions to improve the quality of training information technology for students, meeting the increasing requirements of human resources for society.
