Assess information capacity of students

Abstract

    The paper presents some perspectives in the world and in Vietnam on assessing student information capacity, analyzing the factors affecting student's current information capacity, since then, there are a few reference criteria for assessing student information capacity, helping to create the premise for finding solutions to help students improve their own information competencies.
