OER SWOT analysis in supporting lifelong learning: Case study of Fulbright Economics Teaching Program

Abstract

    The article reviews the history of the Open Education Resources initiativeunder the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program and its SWOT analysis in supporting lifelong learning. It recommends some strategies to improve the performance of FETP OER in supporting lifelong learning.
