ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHWESTERN PROVINCES

Abstract

The Northwest provinces are rich in tourism potential, including natural tourism and humanitarian tourism. However, these types of resources are still undeveloped due to difficult conditions of transport, infrastructure, technical facilities as well as poor supply of electricity, water, poor hygiene, environment and accommodation. The transport system considered as the lifeline to connect the tourist attractions of the region is still undeveloped at present. Therefore, in order to exploit the development of the tourism industry in the Northwestern provinces to eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, preserve and promote the cultural and historical values of the region, first of all, it is necessary to have a large investment in the transport system by road, air and water so that tourists can
easily access the local tourist sites and spots.
