Measures to work motivation for teachers in school today

Abstract

Teachers’ motivation is very important in the educational development. Teahers’ motivation in the educational institutions is one of the most important matters starting from the responsibilities that they have regarding teaching process. Research objective: measures to work motivation for teachers in school. Research method: from the research in Vietnam and internationally about the work motivation of teachers and ETEP project. Research results: research has clarified the role of motivation and work motivation. The author gave some measures: Through economic benefits; through work; improve the working environment; through training, fostering and developing professional capacity for teachers; fair and objective assessment.
