Current situation and future orientation for determining the internship model of students specialized in Educational Management at Hanoi Metropolitan University

Abstract

Pedagogical practice is a compulsory module in the training program of pedagogical bachelor in general, Education Management major in particular, is understood as the process of applying knowledge and skills which equipped in the training process into practice, attaching to a future career in reality. Pedagogical practice activities are of great significance to the formation and development of the professional competencies of each student. If the pedagogical practice is carried out seriously and effectively, it will have a great effect not only in the professional aspect but also help students build and develop career emotions, helping students increase their ability to access the profession. Education Management major has the characteristics, so the pedagogical practice for students has also differences. Since then, the author proposes to build an internship model associated with enterprises with education centers, to guide measures diversify internship models by the specifics of specialized Education Management major. It helps increasing the ability and opportunities for students to have access to reality in the training process, contributing to improving the efficiency of training human resources majoring in educational management at Hanoi Metropolitan University.
