Some solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning Chinese speaking skills at the basic stage at Military Science Academy

Abstract

In Chinese language teaching, Speaking is an extreme important skill. It demonstrates in a most visible way the level of language ability for learners. Therefore, improving teaching and learning of Chinese speaking skills is always an issue, especially at the elementary stage. Applying empirical method, on practical basis, the article focuses on finding solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning Chinese Speaking skills for learners and students of Chinese at the basic stage at Military Science Academy under both the perspective of teachers and learners, hoping to contribute a case study to improve the teaching and learning of Chinese in this academy in particular, and in Vietnam in general.
