Process constructing and using experimental equipment in teaching section “Thermology” Physics grade 8 to develop experimental competence of students in Lao People’s Democratic Republic

Abstract

    Process of constructing and using experimental equipment is a fundamental step fordesigning and manufacturing experimental equipment before implementing the teachingprocess. Currently, secondary schools in Lao PDR are experiencing difficulties inteaching students to develop their abilities, especially the empirical ability, due to the lackof experimental equipment or devices. The existing experiments have not yet been appliedappropriately to grade 8 students, so in this paper, we have proposed the process ofbuilding and using experimental equipment in teaching physics, rearranging, and addinginadequate experiments, to ensure scientific - technical, pedagogical, economic andaesthetic to get good products. Thus, while being used in the teaching process, it willmake students excited and positive towards the developing experimental competenceof students.
