Abstract
Improving professional capacity for teachers in high schools for gifted students is anessential activity to improve the quality of teaching staffs and support them to meet theneed of discovering and training gifted students. Basing on the requirements of educationand the reality of teaching in specialized high schools, this article builds and recommendssome measurements of improving professional capacity for teachers and evaluating theeffectiveness of the process on the quality of teachers.
