Learning projects for local history and geography in Phu Yen according to the development of primary students’ competence

Abstract

    Teaching the local history and geography by learning projects helps students todevelop their capacity for History and Geography. It not only combines the knowledgewith real-life experience in the locality, but also instructs them to love their own country,be proud of the tradition and special characteristics of the locality. This report discussesthe part of learning projects in teaching local history and geography and supposes somepossible projects for teaching local history and geography for primary students in PhuYen province basing on some scientific foundations.
