Effects of stress, burnout, work - family conflict, performance reduction on turnover intention at Long An Power Company: The moderating role of supervision’s support
Abstract
This study aims to measure and test the impact of Stress, Burnout, Family and Work conflict, and Performance reduction on the Turnover intention of employees at Long An Power Company, in which the Supervision’s support is the moderator of the relationship of independent and dependent variables. Using the CFA/SEM technique to test the structural model with a sample of n = 462 employees working at Long An Electricity Co. The results confirm the existence of a relationship between factors, in which the Support role of supervision has a positive correlation effect on the relationships in the research model. Research results provide managerial implications for some practical solutions for the company to improve management, rationally allocate tasks, improve operating procedures, and support proper supervision in order to increase and retain employees at their company.
