Guarantee human security in Vietnam today from world experience

Abstract

     In the context of the volatile world political situation, there are always potential risks of instability and unpredictable, the issue of human security has never been raised as urgently as it is today. It becomes the concern of nations, is the subject of discussion in many national and international conferences, is made in the policies of the states, because human life is threatened by many factors. insecurity factors: war, epidemics, economic crisis, environmental pollution...Throughout the process of leading the Vietnamese revolutionary cause, the Party has always determined that ensuring human security is both a goal of striving. It is both a driving force for ensuring socio-political stability and building and developing a strong and prosperous country. Within the scope of this article, the author goes to research and understand human security issues; the experience of ensuring human security of some countries, the practice of this issue in Vietnam, thereby, providing solutions to improve the effectiveness of ensuring human security in Vietnam in the coming time.
