Commitments and requirements for the model, organization of the Vietnam Union in the new generation of free trade agreements

Abstract

    In the trend of globalization and international economic integration, Vietnam has signed up to many free trade agreements, especially two new generation free trade agreements, the CPTPP and EVFTA (Vietnam - EU Free Trade Agreement). As the commitments in the new generation of free trade agreements are implemented, Vietnamese trade unions face many formulas. Therefore, in the article, the author mentions the commitments in the trade agreements made by the new generation related to the organization and operation of the union, also analyzes and establishes requirements for the model and organization of activities of Vietnamese trade unions in the context of new generation of free trade agreements are implemented.
