Improvement of the quality and the effectiveness of social welfare implementation for employees
Abstract
Currently, there are many different points of view with regard to the social welfare but most of them have agreed in general that the social welfare is types of social insurance, pension, scholarships and all programs relating to health and remunerations received by employees apart from their main payments. The social welfare has an important role in taking care of employees’ material and spiritual life, making motivation and encouraging them to work for a long time in enterprises with high and effective productivity. To improve the quality and effectiveness of the social welfare implementation in the coming time, some proposals are given in the article to the Party and the Government, employers and all organizations representing employees.
