Abstract

    In the process of international economic integration, especially when Vietnam signs new-generation free trade agreements (FTAs), bilateral, multilateral, intellectual property (IP) agreements are always one of the important contents is the focus in the policies and strategies of Vietnam. In addition to the country's economic, social, scientific and technological (S&T) development, intellectual property also poses challenges for Vietnam in perfecting policies, legal institutions, and improving IP administrative and judicial procedures to meet integration requirements. Facing increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, the trademark is the most vulnerable object and does not have appropriate protection mechanisms, therefore, within this article, the author will practice Trung learns the concept, characteristics and content of trademark assessment activities on the basis of practical research in Vietnam, then offers solutions to improve the provisions of the law on trademark assessment at Vietnam.
