Tay Nguyen human resource according to the requirement of industrial revolution 4.0
Abstract
Whether the human resources (HR) of the Tay Nguyen meet the regional socio-economic development need in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 is the big question to be studied and solved. The article will focus on clarifying the situation quality of Tay Nguyen human resources and forecasting regional human resources demand in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 to see the demand for regional human resources in the next coming years; since then there are solutions to attract, train and develop regional human resources. In the context of strong development of the industrial revolution 4.0, the demand for Tây Nguyen human resources will have certain characteristics, so it is also necessary to develop specific solutions and policies for Tay Nguyen. From the author's point of view, HRD for Tay Nguyen must solve the fundamental contradiction of current human resources quality with the specificity of ethnic minorities account for a large poportion, the training level is limited; and high demand for high quality human resources according to the requirements of the industrial revolution 4.0.
