Some solutions to implement the “welfare program for union members” of the Trade Union in the curent period

Abstract

   The welfare program for union members and workers signed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor withcorporations and corporations is a very meaningful activity, to take care of and improve union members' life. and employees, as wellas contribute to supporting businesses to consume products. In order to contribute to good implementation of "Welfare program forunion members", it is necessary to have a solution of the Trade Union in the current period.
