Trade union activities in Russia, China and experience for trade union activities in Vietnam

Abstract

   Studying the experience of trade unions' activities in the world in order to support the activities of Vietnam's trade union in the context of socialist- oriented market economy is an important requirement. Thus, in this article, the author focuses on the experience of trade union activities in Russia and China in the context of market economy. Trade unions in Russia and China have actively participated in the drafting of laws on labor-social relations and settlement of collective labor disputes to draw lessons for trade union activities in Vietnam.
