Applying exploratory factor analysis method which determines factors affecting to the satisfaction level of rural youth to “youth build new rural development” program

Abstract

     In this research, the author did a survey in 200 rural youths in the northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam. TheExploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) result shows these factors (including duties, youth business) as below: (1) Small scale and regulardevelopment. (2) Building demand is a lot of resources and it is associated with economic development. (3) Mass media (4)Communication's content (5) Activities relating to national security and defense have significantly affected to the youth's assessmentto "New Rural Development" program. The result of this research can be the basis of proposing solutions to improve the quality ofimplementing EFA program nowadays in rural areas.
