Gender prejudice against woman, gay, bisexuality and transgender group in recruitment

Abstract

    The issue of gender prejudice is currently the subject of much interest from managers and policy makers as well asorganizations, agencies which have workers, officials , employees. The prejudice is not only falls on the woman group but also onthe LGVT - the group is still suffering stigma and discrimination of the social community. Within the scope of this paper, the authorwants to depict the gender prejudice situation and give solutions to reduce the mentioned situation. Unclassified principle must beapplied in all respects of the right to recruitment and vocational training. Therefore, the authorities are obliged to ensure that the rightto employment is enforced without any discrimination. Agencies and organizations must respect the right to work by not denying orrestricting the access of any one, especially vulnerable individuals and disadvantaged groups to their proper jobs.
