In the context of digital transformation and international integration in higher
education, Physics pedagogy students need to be equipped with the ability to use technical
English, especially in reading comprehension, translation, and writing scientific articles.
However, many students still face challenges in expressing specialized knowledge using
academic English. This article analyzes the potential of applying artificial intelligence (AI)
to support students in translating and writing scientific articles in English within the field
of Physics, and proposes a framework for integrating AI tools such as intelligent machine
translation systems, large language models, and academic writing software into the learning
process. The application of AI not only enhances language skills but also fosters students’ selfstudy
ability, academic thinking, and international integration capacity.
