Ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong giáo dục đại học tại Việt Nam - những cơ hội và thách thức

Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) applications and technologies are widely
used in the field of education and have become part of students’ learning process. To achieve
desired learning outcomes, AI is being integrated into educational systems to enhance teaching
and learning for both lecturers and students. In Vietnam, the government and higher education
institutions recognize the potential of AI; however, the implementation of AI to improve the
quality of higher education still faces many challenges. This article synthesizes and analyzes
studies on AI in higher education both globally and in Vietnam, highlighting the opportunities
and challenges that AI presents as it becomes an essential tool in education and training.
Finally, the author offers recommendations to improve the effectiveness of AI applications in
Vietnam's higher education sector.
