In the current digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually transforming
the way teaching and learning occur globally, including in the field of human resource training
for Business Administration. The application of AI not only brings improvements in teaching
methods but also helps enhance the quality of training, especially in preparing the workforce to
meet the increasing demands of the labor market. This paper examines methods of integrating
AI into the teaching process for Business Administration students to improve learning
effectiveness and create a creative, interactive learning environment. The paper also analyzes
the opportunities and challenges of applying this new technology in an academic setting and
proposes strategies to optimize teaching effectiveness through AI.
