STUDYING THE ROLE OF REVERSE LOGISTICS IN BUSINESS’S COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE AND OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Abstract

Businesses now confront growing competitive pressure and stringent environmental restrictions, necessitating a shift in their operational practices. Many firms integrate reverse logistics operations into their supply chains as one of the main solutions to assist them tackle the difficulties listed above. Despite the fact that reverse logistics is widely used in several nations, many firms in Vietnam remain suspicious of its benefits. The goal of this research is to investigate at the influence of reverse logistics activities on business competitive advantage and performance. The findings of a study and data analysis revealed that reverse logistics has a positive impact on the competitive advantage and operational effectiveness of organizations who use it.
