Villige rules in water protection and management in Ba Vi National Park

Abstract

The report presents the process of building a community model for water resource protection and management; in which formulating commune convention on water resource management and protection for a village in the buffer zone of Ba Vi National Park. The results show that the community approach to build convention for the village and commune village is a cheap, effective and suitable solution in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
