Abstract

The hydropower plants have a relation about hydrology and hydraulic when they work in the cascade hydropower system. In case of one hydropower plant is in the limitation of dowstream reservoir level change, it needs an economical analysis to determine the optimal bed chanal of this construction. In other way, the minimum drawdown level (MDDL) is recalculated to have maximum effective energy when a upstream reservoir regulate the flow. With a small hydropower having a daily regulation reservoir, when a parameter is optimal calculated it need having a simultaneous calculation about geology and hydraulic, the parameters power is calculated according to the avoidable cost tariffs.
