Abstract

In the construction of irrigation and large hydroelectricity works, the construction diversion time lasts several years; In flooding season, the discharging flow through sewers or tunnels ... will be very expensive. Therefore, some countries have studied and applied measures to discharge flood construction through dams in form of water level. The paper presents some ideas about the steel stone frame in the form of reinforcing the dam slope roof when filling up the flood for construction.
