Abstract

In recent years, online teaching has also been researched by many authors, confirming that integrating E-Learning in teaching and learning is an inevitable trend. At the same time, online learning has become an important part of higher education. There have been many studies on this issue around the world, but many educators still wonder how to apply online training effectively. What benefits will the online learning environment bring to students and what factors affect student satisfaction when participating in online learning programs? This article has compiled more than 30 research documents on this issue, thereby synthesizing, discussing and analyzing each author's opinions on the impact of interaction in the teaching process. online, as well as suggestions on exploiting applications in teaching with 3 interaction models in the online teaching process, which is interaction between learners and lecturers; learner to learner and learner to material. At the same time, the article also points out that there are still many research gaps on interactivity and affirms its importance in online teaching.
