APPLICATION OF CANVA IN TEACHING AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF JOURNALISM - COMMUNICATION AND LITERATURE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE - THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The study is aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of the Canva application in the teaching and learning activities in the fields of Journalism – Communication and Literature at the University of Science, Thai Nguyen University. The research method used is an evaluation survey that combines analytical and synthesis operations. The study conducted a survey of 17 lecturers (10 Journalism – Communication lecturers and 7 Literature lecturers) and 76 students (40 Journalism – Communication students and 36 Literature students). The results show that Canva has been widely used in both teaching and learning activities. Lecturers and students both affirmed that Canva contributes to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. However, the application of Canva still have certain limitations. On this basis, the research also proposes a number of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the Canva application in the fields of Journalism – Communication and Literature.
