TEACHING HISTORY IN ELEMENTERY BY STEM EDUCATION PROGRAMS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BASIC AND COMPREHENSIVE INNOVATION IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Abstract

Teaching history at the primary level helps learners develop many basic abilities. So it is extremely necessary to innovate teaching history to meet the needs of educational towards developing learners' capacity and quality. This study is conducted with the aim of proposing measures to develop competence in teaching History at primary school level based on Resolution 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013 of the Party Central Committee, term XI. Research results on teaching History according to the Stem educational program in the content of the 4th and 5th grade show a clear difference when developing pupils' competencies through teaching, is the basis for pupils to continue studying History at the lower secondary level. In this work, we used educational scientific research methods, and collection methods to study the theoretical basis and propose some measures, contributing to stimulate the learning capacity of pupils and help them to form and develop necessary skills. The results of the study are useful references for history teachers in the teaching process.
