CREATION OF JOBS FOR YOUTH WORKERS IN YEN PHONG DISTRICT, BAC NINH PROVINCE UNDER IMPACTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESS

Abstract

In recent years, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province has implemented many policies to attract foreign investment to build industrial zones and clusters in the area, thereby, promoting the process of economic restructuring. economy in a positive direction, per capita income increased rapidly. Although there are many new jobs created, the unemployment and underemployment rates among young workers tend to increase. So what is the reason for this situation? To find the answer, on the basis of using a number of research methods such as questionnaire survey, in-depth interview method to analyze the current situation of job creation for young workers in Yen Phong district. Research results shows that, in addition to the results achieved, creating jobs for young workers in Yen Phong district before the impact of the industrialization process, there are still some issues that need to be solved such as the situation of labor recruitment. in the foreign-invested industrial parks in Yen Phong, there is still imbalance (mainly focusing on recruiting female workers); vocational training has many shortcomings; There is no specific job creation policy for local workers. Stemming from that limitation, the article proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of job creation activities for young workers in Yen Phong district in the coming time.
