THE CURRENT EMPLOYMENT PROBLEM OF VIETNAMESE STUDENTS AFTER GRADUATION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE PAIR OF POSSIBILITIES AND REALITY

Abstract

The percentage of students after graduation who cannot find a job or do not work in the right profession in our country is now increasing compared to the past. This has led to a lot of concerns, affecting universities, colleges, businesses and employers. Applying the methodological significance of the pair of possibility and reality categories from the point of view of dialectical materialism has helped us to explain the existing problems in students themselves to lead to above situation. Finding out the causes and building a system of solutions to overcome the unemployment of students after graduation is very important, contributing to the development of education and training, and economic development of the country. In this study, we used qualitative research methods and document research to clarify the above issues.
