LEGAL EDUCATION FOR EMPLOYEES AND CITIZENS OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of law training for ethnic minority officials and civil servants in Thai Nguyen province, thereby proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of this training. The research has been based on survey and data collection methods. The data has been synthesized from 100 survey questionnaires for ethnic minority officials and public employees on "Quality of law training for ethnic minority officials and civil servants in Thai Nguyen province". The data was also collected through the reference to Project No. 08-DA/TU dated 15/7/22021 of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; the Resolution information of the 19th Party Congress of Thai Nguyen province. From the achieved data, an assessment has been conducted to evaluate the current advantages and limitations of the quality of law training for ethnic minority officials and civil servants in the province. The research has also proposed 6 main solutions to improve the quality of law training for ethnic minority officials and civil servants in Thai Nguyen province.
