ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING KNOWLEDGE SHARING BEHAVIORS OF LECTURERS OF DONG THAP UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The study aims to examine the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers at Dong Thap University. To conduct this research, the authors conducted depth interviews with 07 lecturers working in training departments to adjust the scale. On the basis of the adjusted scale, the author has developed a formal questionnaire and then sent it to 272 lecturers working in training departments for quantitative research stage. To achieve the research goal, the method of data analysis chosen by the authors is to evaluate the structural equation model according to the partial least squares method through the evaluation of the measurement model and the structural model with the support of SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Research results have shown that there are 04 factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior of Dong Thap University lecturers, including: trust, reward system, organizational culture and information technology, in which information technology is the factor that has the strongest influence on knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers.
