AUCTION OF LAND USE RIGHT ON QUANG XUONG DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE
Abstract
Auction of land use rights is a popular form of land management, it plays an important role in the socio-economic development of our country today. Using primary and secondary information collection methods, the paper evaluated land use right auction in Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province in 2017-2019. In addition to collecting information at agencies and the authors has selected 100 samples from 4 projects in the district's key communes and towns to make an objective assessment of the auction situation. In the past 3 years, the district has auctioned 100% of residential land, the successful auction area is 82,647.70 m2 with 531 plots of land with the amount of VND 81,843,551 thousand. However, there are still some difficulties in this work such as the limitations on the auction, the auction procedures are still too complicated which are major challenges in the near future.
