Abstract

The research aims to examine electronic learning (e-learning) adoption of Vietnamese learners during the long-lasting and complicated effect of Covid-19 pandemic. This study integrated the technology accepted model (TAM) and theory of planned behaviour (TPB) in researching learners' behaviour and proposing theoretical framework on factors impacting on e-learning adoption behaviour. Methods of secondary data analysis and information interpretation are applied in the scope of this research. Based on the synthesis of model related to technology adoption (TAM) and theory of planned behaviour of Vietnamese learners (TPB), the article proposed an integrative research framework on factors affecting the decision to adopt e-learning of Vietnamese learners during the Covid-19 pandemic. The framework includes independent factors such as attitude (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), subjective norm, perceived behavioural control and mediator factor such as purchase intention. At the moment, this is an important contribution when researching about technology acceptance behaviour towards electronic learning in Vietnam.
