SOME ISSUES ABOUT PLANNING, OPERATING, AND COMUNICATION IN LOW VOLTAGE INTELLIGENT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

Abstract

The intelligent development process of low-voltage distribution network has a significant meaning in improving the supply and quality of the grid. This paper first describes the current situation of low-voltage power network in Vietnam. Then, based on domestic and international research, the article analyzes the situation and proposes a number of issues on planning, operation management, control mode, information channels in constructing intelligent low-voltage power network. The 12 main technical contents of this system are briefly discussed based on the aspects of intelligent monitoring system, user interaction service and multi-layer communication service. Finally, some issues of development prospects of this model are discussed.
