Abstract

Applying Ho Chi Minh's belief and moral reflection on self-study, establishing the basic steps to educate self-study skills for students is a subject of little interest and research. With the method of synthesizing and analyzing documents, the author has generalized the theory of self-study in Ho Chi Minh thought; Analyzing the implications of Ho Chi Minh's moral example of self-study and lifelong self-study. At the same time, the author has established the basic steps of the self-study process to educate students in general and students of Thai Nguyen College of Economics and Finance in particular. Forming self-study skills to meet the mission of basic and comprehensive renovation of our country's education and training range from mainly equipping knowledge to developing comprehensive competencies and qualities of learners.
