THE RATE OF TECHNOLOGICAL AND EQUIPMENT INNOVATION IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE IN THE PERIOD OF 2016-2018

Abstract

The rate of technological and equipment innovation is the average growth rate of technology and equipment innovation according to a defined year cycle. The measurement of the level of technological innovation or the speed of technological and equipment innovation in Thai Nguyen province in the period of 2016-2018 will be an important basis for managers to know whether adjustments or impacts on macroeconomic policies or investment orientations in the content, fields and targets in order to achieve the set objectives in the socio-economic development process.
