THE SITUATIONS AND SOLUTIONS OF THE CULTURAL LIFESTYLE IN BAC KAN CITY

Abstract

Bac Kan City was established in 2015. It is an economic, cultural and political Center of Bac Kan province. Creating a civilizaze - cultural lifestyle is necessary for a new city. Based on the actual investigation, we propose some solutions to build civilize -cultural lifestyle in Bac Kan city. In particular, the important solution is to propagate and educate at all levels, branches, units and communities with full knowledge of the law, deep awareness about the policy of implementing cultural lifestyle. The implementation of these solutions will create a strong change in awareness and action among cadres, civil servants, officials and people on the sense of respecting and obeying the law, building a cultural and cultural lifestyle. It contributes to building and preserving the increasingly civilized and modern city of Bac Kan.
