HO CHI MINH'S VIEWPOINTS ON ORIENTATIONS AND MEASURES TO PREVENT CORRUPTION, WASTE, BUREAUCRACY

Abstract

Corruption, waste, bureaucracy are dangerous diseases, one of the major risks that seriously affect the survival of the regime, the State and the ruling party. Their complicated developments in the current period become even more a painful problem.Therefore, the discussion of embezzlement, wastefulness and bureaucracy has been clarified by many scientific works, but researched directly on directions and measures to fight against embezzlement and waste,  bureaucracy according to Ho Chi Minh ideology has not had any works yet. By using statistics, comparing, analyzing and synthesizing techniques, we generalized the harmful effects of embezzlement, waste and bureaucracy, thereby, providing directions and measures to prevent , against embezzlement, waste, bureaucracy to see that researching Ho Chi Minh's thought content on the fight against corruption, wastefulness and bureaucracy in the context that our Party and State are paying special attention to the task of promoting learning and following ideological and ethical principles của Ho Chi Minh. This probem is associated with anti-recession of ideology, politics, morality, and lifestyle in order to achieve the goal: Building a clean, strong political, ideological, organizational and ethical Party is particularly important in the current period.
