Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional description of 39 idiopathic central precocious puberty girls treated with triptorelin 3.75 mg every 4 weeks from January, 2018 to June 2019. Results: The average age month is 84.4 ± 12.7 months (ranhk 60-115 months); the average time onset of symptoms is 4.1 years old. Breast development is the most clinical sign (100%); pubic hair (33.3%), mostly in P2 degrees; menstruation 5.1%. FSH, LH average testsare 2.87 and 1.27 IU/L, respectively; the average estradiol is 45.3 pmol/L (LH and FSH levels are significantly higher in children under 8 years old). Treatment resulted in statistically significant differences in average height, LH and FSH concentrations at the time of the study and after 18 months (p <0.05). Conclusion: The average time onset of symptoms is 4.1 years old. Clinical: Breast development is the most clinical sign (100%); pubic hair (33.3%), mostly in P2 degrees; menstruation 5.1%. Treating idiopathic central precocious puberty with triptorelin has quite good results: the average height is taller, and the concentration is more reduced.
