MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE ACTIVE LEARNING OF FIRST YEAR ETHNIC MINORITY STUDENTS AT THE DIEN BIEN TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGE

Abstract

Positive, passionate about learning is considered an important premise, is a direct determinant of students' learning outcomes. In order to understand the situation and the factors affecting the active learning of first-year ethnic minority students at Dien Bien Teachers College, the author used the survey method as the main method. Research results show that most first-year students are ethnic minorities. The active learning of first-year ethnic minority students at Dien Bien Teachers College has not been shown regularly. There are many subjective and objective factors affecting that situation. Stemming from the situation and the influencing factors, the author has proposed some remedies, thereby contributing to improving the quality of teaching of the school.
