PROPOSING POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELECTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUBJECT FOR STUDENTS AT THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

Based on the theoretical and practical basis, along with basic scientific research methods in the field of Sports and Physics, we conducted an assessment of the status of the old Physical Education program and the  new Physical Education program at Thai Nguyen University of Technology. The study carried out the causes affecting the effectiveness of elective Physical Education subjects and then propose 5 appropriate measures to increase the effectiveness of elective Physical Education subjects for students of Thai Nguyen University of Technology. The proposed solutions were initially applied in practice and then evaluated the effectiveness. The results showed that proposed solutions have a positive effect on the investigated subjects.
