SOLUTIONS FOR INNOVATION OF TEACHING ACTIVITIES FOR NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION UNDER GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM 2018

Abstract

After the 2018 General Education Program was promulgated, researching and proposing solutions to realize the subjects in the program has always been of interest to many experts and educators. Applying theoretical research, interview method, observation method, this research is carried out in order to propose solutions to contribute to the further implementation and effective implementation of National Defense and Security Education subject to meet goals, requirements of the new program and expectations of society. Through the research process, specific results were obtained as follows: Synthesis of a number of theoretical bases in teaching National Defense and Security Education; Clarifying the actual situation of organizing the teaching of National Defense and Security Education according to the general education program in 2018; Develop solutions to contribute to continuously renewing teaching activities of National Defense and Security Education. The research has contributed to providing more materials for the process of implementing the National Defense and Security Education subject under the new program, serving as a basis for research units and continuing to innovate teaching activities of this subject.
